Our Google AI access service is now live in beta and free for existing customers. It is designed for native U.S. IPs that Google identifies as being in mainland China, causing Gemini to report that the region is unsupported.
We are also correcting the location of IPv4 ranges that Google identifies as being in mainland China. This process is expected to take two to four weeks. In the meantime, this service allows you to continue using Gemini and other Google AI services. To expedite the restoration of an individual IP, please refer to the following guide:
1. Coverage
By default, the service covers Google AI services, Google Search, Google Maps, and the Google Play Store and app downloads. High-traffic services such as YouTube and Google Drive are not covered by default. If you need them, please submit a support ticket.
To avoid any effect on Google Search and Google Scholar, the service can also be limited to Gemini only. Please submit a support ticket for details.
The unlock software is lightweight, using only a few dozen MB of RAM and disk space, so it will not take up much of your resources.
2. Supported products
The service currently supports native U.S. IP products only. LAX-IDC non-native IP products and Germany-based products are not supported.
3. VPS access
During the beta, we will troubleshoot and fine-tune the service based on how it runs, so we need your authorization for our technical team to log in to your VPS via SSH. Multiple logins may be necessary. If you would rather not grant this access, we are unable to enable the service for you at this time.
Rest assured, your existing data stays safe. All work is done only in a dedicated working directory, and nothing outside it is changed except for installing required dependencies.
4. How to apply
To get started, please submit a support ticket and confirm in the ticket that you agree to the SSH access arrangement above.
Thank you for your business,
