Earlier today, an insufficiently tested website update caused unexpected access and functionality issues on NovixLink. The issue has now been resolved, and our website is fully operational again.
This incident was limited to our website platform. All VPS instances remained unaffected. If you experienced connectivity or performance issues with your VPS during this period, please submit a separate support ticket so we can investigate.
