Some VPS have recently been unreachable on certain ports from specific regions, with SSH connections closed or timing out, and some IPs cannot be reached from those regions at all. Our checks show that the affected VPS are running normally and there is no fault in our platform or network. These issues are related to network restrictions in certain regions.
You can test the IP and ports from different locations with ping.pe (https://ping.pe) or ITDOG (https://www.itdog.cn). If only specific regions cannot connect, this is not a service fault and not something we can resolve. If most locations cannot connect, please submit a support ticket.
After an IP change, the new IP is guaranteed only to respond to ICMP (ping) from mainland China, and specific ports are not guaranteed to be reachable. Please plan your use according to your own situation and follow local news reports.
