However, any requests that require manual handling (including setup assistance, configuration support, or account-related issues) may take up to 24 hours to receive a response or be processed.

To ensure your request is properly logged and tracked, please submit a ticket via our website Help → Submit Ticket (especially for setup requests), to avoid missing information or delays in follow-up. 

Renewal Reminder: Please pay close attention to our system renewal notification emails. An invoice will be generated automatically 3 days before the due date and sent by email—use the link in the email to complete payment. After the service expires, data will not be retained after 48 hours, and the IP address will be released. You may also renew manually via NovixLink.com → top-right server icon / “My Products” → click “Renew” next to the due date. We recommend choosing quarterly or annual billing (up to 30% off on the monthly average).
