Due to API changes from our payment processor, our website briefly experienced issues such as a blank page during payment and cases where a payment was successful but displayed as failed. We have now completed a full fix to ensure this will not happen again, and we have properly processed the orders we have identified as affected.
If your invoice has not been marked as paid, please contact us promptly with your proof of payment. This issue only affected Alipay QR code payments. Stripe and related bank payments were not affected and are functioning normally.
