We are pleased to announce that IPv6 service for our Cogent products(LAX-BGP)has now been fully restored.

The previous IPv6 issue was caused by an incorrect IPv6 configuration on the datacenter router. This has now been corrected, and IPv6 connectivity has returned to normal.

No IPv6 address changes are required, and no VPS reboot is needed. Your assigned IPv6 address should now work directly.

If you previously disabled IPv6 manually, added IPv6 restrictions in your firewall, or changed network settings inside your VPS, please check your own configuration accordingly.
