We would like to provide an additional clarification and apology regarding the PICO and NANO promotional plans in our 618 campaign.
The PICO and NANO promotional plans are essentially annual billing versions of the Lite and Basic plans. However, when the campaign was first launched, we did not provide existing Lite and Basic users with a direct annual renewal discount option. As a result, some existing users had to open a new server in order to receive the same discount. This created unnecessary inconvenience and made the process too formalistic. We sincerely apologize for this issue.
Effective immediately, existing Lite and Basic users on the original Cogent, NTT, and GTT lines can switch their billing cycle to annual directly from the product control panel and receive the same 40% off annual discount as the PICO and NANO promotional plans. Pro and Ultra plans currently do not have an annual discount promotion.
How to Renew
After logging in to our website, click “My Products” in the top right corner or click the server icon, then enter the corresponding product page. Click “Renew” and switch the billing cycle to annual to receive the 618 annual billing discount.
For Users Who Already Opened a New Server
Users who opened a new server because of the original campaign setup may submit a ticket to request a refund as website credit.
For this type of website credit refund, the 5GB traffic usage limit will not apply. The following conditions must be met:
- The purchase was made within the past 24 hours;
- The IP has not been blocked by a specific regional firewall;
- The IP has not been newly blacklisted;
- The IP has not been involved in abuse.
If the above conditions are met, we will assist with the website credit refund.
If you would like to request a full refund to the original payment method, the standard 5GB traffic usage limit still applies.
