We updated our refund policy on July 12, 2026. The main changes are as follows:
The general refund traffic limit has increased from 5GB to 10GB. Each customer and all related accounts are eligible for only one lifetime refund to the original payment method, as well as no more than one refund as account credit per calendar month based on Toronto time. Account credit may be used to order new VPS services or pay invoices, but cannot be withdrawn or returned to the original payment method.
Every approved refund is subject to a one-time CAD $1 processing fee. Depending on the payment method, an additional payment gateway fee of up to 5% of the original order amount may also be deducted.
Products ordered and paid for before July 12, 2026 remain subject to the refund rules in effect at the time of purchase. This update will not apply retroactively.
