The VPS Push service transfer feature is now available, and the NovixLink Terms of Service have been updated accordingly.
Please review the following requirements before using Push:
- The Service must be Active and have at least 7 days remaining before expiration. Services with fewer than 7 days remaining must be renewed first.
- A waiting period of at least 3 full days applies after first enabling Push or after changing the account email address, password, or other login credentials.
- The recipient must confirm the request within 24 hours. Unconfirmed requests will automatically expire.
- Each Push request is subject to a CAD $1 fee deducted from the sender’s account credit. The fee is non-refundable if the transfer is not completed because of recipient inaction, expiration, eligibility or security review, cancellation by either party, or any other reason.
- Account-credit top-ups and existing account credit are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
NovixLink does not encourage the private sale or resale of Services. We are not a party to third-party transactions and are not responsible for payment disputes, fraud, misrepresentation, breach, or other transaction-related losses. A Push does not remove the original payment risk, complaint history, abuse records, IP history, or other restrictions associated with the Service. If the former holder or original payer successfully obtains a refund, payment reversal, or chargeback after the transfer, the affected Service may have its remaining term reduced, be suspended, or require the recipient to pay the outstanding amount. By using the Push feature, both the sender and recipient confirm that they have reviewed and accepted the latest NovixLink Terms of Service. Please verify the Service status, remaining term, account information, and related risks before submitting a request.
