We have completed an initial review of the network disruption observed earlier today. The incident was caused by physical fiber damage at multiple upstream locations and affected both NTT and GTT services to varying degrees. GTT experienced the more noticeable impact, while NTT saw only brief and limited network instability.
The affected VPS services are now operating normally. Customer control-panel access was also briefly affected by the upstream network instability, which may have temporarily limited management access for some users without causing additional impact to VPS data or services.
Upstream repair work remains ongoing, and we will continue monitoring overall network stability. We will update this notice if significant instability returns or meaningful new information becomes available.
