We have recently made several adjustments to product pricing, traffic options, and future product planning. These are routine operational and product-line changes and do not affect the normal operation of existing customer services.

1. Pricing Adjustments

Due to changes in hardware costs, selected entry-level plans have increased by only CAD 1, for example from 3.99 to 4.99 and from 4.99 to 5.99.

We have also recalculated the actual network and traffic costs of several higher-tier and high-traffic plans. Some of these plans were previously priced below their long-term operating cost and have therefore been adjusted accordingly.

The new pricing applies only to new orders and to customers who voluntarily change their billing cycle or service configuration. Existing customers who keep their current billing cycle will continue renewing at their existing price.

Although our Terms of Service do not guarantee lifetime fixed pricing, we have decided not to proactively increase renewal pricing for existing services.

2. Traffic Option Changes

The previous traffic reset feature has been discontinued. Temporary additional traffic will now be provided through traffic add-ons.

Actual network and traffic costs vary by region, so add-on pricing will also differ between locations. Pricing has been recalculated and currently represents the lowest level we can sustainably offer while maintaining long-term service quality.

Traffic add-ons are one-time additional allowances and do not expire by default; unused traffic remains available until fully consumed. Customers who consistently require higher traffic allowances will generally receive better value by upgrading their plan.

3. Upcoming Promotions

We plan to offer annual-plan promotions during China's National Day period, with similar offers expected to return for Black Friday. Exact offers and eligible products will be announced separately.

4. Product and Inventory Changes

LAX-CUPG:
Following changes in upstream procurement and inventory planning, regular large-scale GTT restocking will no longer be scheduled. Limited remaining inventory may occasionally become available around noon Beijing Time.

This change applies only to future inventory and does not affect any existing GTT service. Existing services will continue operating, receiving normal maintenance and support, renewing as usual, and remaining eligible for future annual-plan promotions. We have no plans to reclaim related IP addresses or discontinue existing services.

For new China-optimized orders, NTT may be the more readily available option as future GTT inventory becomes limited. This recommendation is based solely on future inventory availability and does not reflect any change to the operation or maintenance of existing GTT services.

LAX-BGP:
We expect to complete a bandwidth upgrade for both existing and newly provisioned customers next week:

Current 500 Mbps: upgraded to 1 Gbps
Current 1 Gbps: upgraded to 2 Gbps

This upgrade only increases network bandwidth. Existing customers will not be charged extra, and traffic add-on pricing will remain unchanged. Further information will be provided when the upgrade is implemented.

LAS-COX:
No large-scale restock is planned in the short term. Limited remaining inventory may occasionally become available around noon Beijing Time, while existing customer services remain unaffected.

We are also in active discussions with other ISPs, including AT&T, with the goal of introducing similarly positioned products at comparable pricing.

Thank you for your continued understanding and support. We will continue balancing cost, product quality, and long-term service stability, and will communicate important changes affecting customer interests as they occur.

Thank you for your business,
