The backbone network can be described as the highway system of the global internet, and Tier-1 carriers are the companies that build and own these highways. Our direct connection to the Tier-1 backbone network means your data travels from our servers to your global visitors via the fastest, most direct route with minimal latency without unnecessary hops.
In the industry, an IP's type is generally determined by how its ASN is registered. If the ASN is registered as an ISP (Internet Service Provider), such as AT&T, the IP is considered residential. If it is registered as an IDC (Internet Data Center), such as Amazon, it is considered a datacenter IP. Because IP databases differ in data sources and update frequency, the same IP may show different results in different databases.
Native unlocking means our server IP is recognized by streaming and other platforms as a local residential or business broadband IP, so you can access local content directly without any relay, with the best stability and compatibility. DNS unlocking uses DNS to route requests for specific platforms through a local unlocking server. It is flexible and works when a server's own IP cannot unlock a service, but its stability and platform coverage usually fall short of native unlocking. We invest in premium native IP resources at a high cost and offer them to you at an affordable price, so your service stays stable, fast and truly dedicated for the long term.
We offer both residential and home broadband IPs, and most major IP databases classify both as ISP. Our residential IPs come from leading carriers such as NTT, GTT and Cogent, which are upstream providers to home broadband ISPs like T-Mobile, so they carry the same ISP attributes as home broadband IPs, with stable, reliable network quality. Our home broadband IPs come from established US home broadband ISPs such as Cox, giving you an environment as close as possible to a real household connection. Both are dedicated static IPs, so you can choose based on your business needs.
Network availability keeps your IP online and reachable, and service availability keeps what you run on your VPS, such as your account environment, accessible and working. For larger cross-border sellers, mass disconnections during business hours directly disrupt operations, so both matter. We hold SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with our upstreams, with uptime and delivery metrics agreed in writing, and we keep vetting our providers, giving your business a solid foundation for long-term stability.
