Broadband IP Special Strict Refund Policy

Please read this special refund policy carefully before purchasing this product. The Cox Dual-ISP Residential Broadband IP product is a special and scarce resource. Its IP source, bandwidth cost, provisioning cost, and maintenance cost are significantly higher than ordinary VPS products, so its refund policy is also stricter than our standard products.

1. NovixLink Standard Refund Policy

For standard NovixLink VPS products, we usually support a full refund to the original payment method within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the IP is not blocked in a specific country, no abuse has occurred, and the service has not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

If you have specific requirements before purchasing, such as confirming whether a certain country can access the service, whether a certain platform is usable, or whether a certain network environment is suitable, we recommend contacting us before placing the order. This helps avoid wasting your time and prevents unnecessary disputes caused by misunderstanding.

2. This Product Uses a Special Refund Policy

The Cox Dual-ISP Residential Broadband IP product is not covered by the standard refund policy above. Since this product uses real US local residential broadband operator resources, scarce IP, bandwidth, and service resources are occupied immediately after provisioning. Unless there is an extremely special reason, no refund will be provided.

Extremely special reasons generally only include cases where the service was not provisioned properly, the delivered service is clearly inconsistent with the order description, or a delivery issue is confirmed by our technical review to be caused by NovixLink and cannot be resolved. Whether a case qualifies for a refund is subject to NovixLink’s final review.

3. The Following Cases Are Not Eligible for Refund

This product does not support refunds without reason, refunds due to unsatisfactory business results, refunds due to third-party detection results, or refunds related to risk scores, fraud scores, cleanliness scores, database labels, platform identification differences, or similar reasons.

• We do not guarantee whether Google will route or identify the IP as China-related. Google location, Google Search region, YouTube region, Google Ads results, or any Google-related detection result cannot be used as a refund basis.
• We do not guarantee that TikTok, Amazon, Meta, PayPal, Stripe, Netflix, ChatGPT, or any other third-party platform will always identify the IP as residential broadband.
• We do not guarantee successful account registration, store operation, advertising, streaming unlocking, AI platform usage, or any third-party business result.
• We do not guarantee any IP risk score, fraud score, risk level, Proxy/VPN/Hosting/IDC label shown by any third-party website.
• Refunds are not supported for poor results caused by the user’s local network, proxy software, cross-border route, browser fingerprint, account information, usage habits, or business operation methods.
• Refunds are not supported for subjective reasons after purchase, such as “not suitable,” “the detection result does not look good,” “I no longer want it,” or “the result is not as expected.”

4. About Risk Control and Platform Detection

What we can guarantee is that the IP of this product comes from Cox Communications, a real US local residential broadband operator, and we use the IP source, ASN attributes, and query results at the time of delivery as the basis for verification.

However, we cannot guarantee the internal risk control result of any third-party platform. Platform risk control does not rely only on IP. Account information, login devices, browser fingerprints, cookies, phone numbers, payment methods, content quality, historical behavior, associated records, and many other factors can all affect the final result. IP is only one basic factor, not the only factor, so it cannot be used as the only standard for judging whether a business will succeed.

Many IP detection websites are only third-party databases or aggregated lookup tools, and results often differ between databases. A score or label shown by one website does not represent the official judgment of Google, TikTok, Amazon, Meta, PayPal, Stripe, Netflix, ChatGPT, or any other platform, and it does not equal actual business performance.

5. Purchase Means Acceptance

Please confirm before purchasing that you understand the IP attributes, suitable use cases, network limitations, and special refund policy of this product. By purchasing and using the Cox Dual-ISP Residential Broadband IP product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this special refund policy.
