To reduce misunderstandings and after-sales disputes caused by differences in database sources, identification logic, update frequency, and display methods among third-party IP lookup platforms, effective immediately, NovixLink will use the results shown on IPinfo.io as the sole standard for all product descriptions, delivery verification, after-sales explanations, and dispute resolution involving IP attributes, ASN, AS Type, company information, and “Dual-ISP Residential IP” classification.
Results from other third-party lookup websites are welcome to be used for reference, but they do not constitute our commercial commitment, delivery standard, refund basis, or dispute resolution standard. To avoid inconsistencies caused by future database updates, the relevant determination shall, in principle, be based on the IPinfo.io result at the time of service activation/delivery; in the event of any dispute, our delivery screenshots, support ticket records, and the result available at that time shall prevail.
