Dear Customer,

The VPS instances within the 216.36.86.* IP range that were previously affected by the host server hard drive failure have now been migrated and restored.

The affected VPS instances have been rebuilt on a new server. Your original IP address remains unchanged, and the server service has now returned to normal. Due to the hard drive failure on the original host server, this migration does not include old system data recovery. The affected VPS instances are now provided as a fresh system environment.

As compensation for the inconvenience, we will add 7 extra days of service time to all affected VPS instances. The compensation will be applied directly to the expiration date of the affected services, and no additional request is required from you.

The original failed server environment and hard drive have been preserved and submitted to professionals for further inspection and analysis. If the old data is later confirmed to be recoverable, we will notify affected customers by email as soon as possible and provide available data backup access instructions.

We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience caused by this incident and migration. Thank you for your understanding and support.
