We have launched the Mainland China Reachability Check feature on our official website.
When a VPS is provisioned, the system will automatically check whether the assigned IP is reachable from Mainland China. After activation, each VPS can manually request one reachability check per day to obtain the latest status.
If your VPS is assigned an IP that is unreachable from Mainland China at the time of activation, you may submit a ticket to request an IP replacement. If the IP is reachable at the time of activation but becomes unreachable later due to changes in the network environment, IP replacement will require an additional fee, or you may use your own relay solution.
