All VPS instances on the NTT node have now been fully restored.
The incident was caused by a host system failure. After inspection, we confirmed that there was no hardware issue. To restore the service as soon as possible, we activated a backup host server and migrated the data to it.
After the migration, all customer data and IP addresses remain unchanged. The servers have returned to normal operation.
As compensation, we have automatically added 7 days of service time to all affected customers.
