Effective September 21, 2026, NovixLink is updating the delivery standards for Dual-ISP Residential IP and Dual-ISP Home Broadband IP, together with the Traffic Package refund rules. The Terms of Service and related refund notices are updated at the same time.

IP delivery standards

The formal delivery standard for Dual-ISP Residential IP and Dual-ISP Home Broadband IP is the IPLense Quick Mode result at first delivery.

A Dual-ISP Residential IP must show Residential or Home Broadband for IP Property, ISP for the ASN Name type label, and ISP for the Operating Company type label. A Dual-ISP Home Broadband IP must show Home Broadband for IP Property, ISP for the ASN Name type label, and ISP for the Operating Company type label. Home Broadband satisfies the Dual-ISP Residential IP standard, but Residential alone does not satisfy the Dual-ISP Home Broadband IP standard.

“Dual ISP” means that the type labels for ASN Name and Operating Company both display ISP. It does not mean two ASNs, two physical lines, or two upstream networks. IPLense Professional Mode displays independent results from different data sources and is not the delivery standard. Database location, risk or purity values, third-party platform results, routing, latency, and speed-test results are also outside this IP Property delivery standard.

Traffic Package refunds

Traffic Packages are purchased with NovixLink account credit. You may request an account-credit refund for one completely unused Traffic Package order within 24 hours of purchase. Any use of the allowance makes the order non-refundable.

Traffic Package refunds and eligible VPS refunds share one account-credit refund opportunity per calendar month across all related accounts. The monthly opportunity may be used for either one Traffic Package order or one eligible VPS order, not both.

Initial delivery issues

If you report an initial delivery issue within 24 hours after order payment and NovixLink confirms the issue, you may choose a full refund. The refund is not subject to the CAD $1 processing fee or a payment-gateway fee and does not use the original-payment refund opportunity or the monthly account-credit refund count. A request submitted more than 24 hours after order payment is not eligible for an initial delivery issue refund.

Effective date and earlier orders

This update applies to Services first delivered and Traffic Packages purchased on or after September 21, 2026. Earlier Services remain subject to the product page and Terms published at the time of purchase and first delivery. A later database update or reclassification does not retroactively change the first-delivery result.

The announcement published on August 29, 2026 remains available as a historical record of the earlier standards update. Deliveries and refunds after this announcement takes effect are governed by the latest Terms of Service.
