ISP Broadband IP Special Refund Policy

Last updated: August 29, 2026

This page is a simplified summary of the ISP Broadband IP Special Refund Policy. The complete rules concerning remaining-value calculations, refund frequency, fees, and other conditions are stated in Section 6 of the NovixLink Terms of Service.

1. Generally Non-Refundable

ISP Broadband IP is a limited and specialized resource. Payment immediately uses or reserves the applicable IP, bandwidth, and upstream resources. ISP Broadband IP VPS is therefore not covered by the general 24-hour refund policy after provisioning or delivery, is not eligible for a no-reason refund, and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers should confirm the product configuration, IP source, intended use, network restrictions, and product-page terms before purchasing. Immediate Cancellation immediately deletes the VPS, data, IP address, and related resources and does not result in a refund.

2. Limited Account-Credit Exception

NovixLink may consider refunding the remaining unused Service value as account credit only where the machine is completely unavailable for at least 24 consecutive hours because of a NovixLink-side issue, the issue was not caused by the customer’s system, software, firewall, actions, server compromise, or a third-party service, and NovixLink cannot repair the issue within a reasonable period or provide an equivalent replacement Service.

NovixLink may first repair, migrate, replace the IP, or provide an equivalent resource. Account credit will be considered only when no reasonable solution is available. Remaining value, fees, refund frequency, and account-credit restrictions are calculated and applied under the Terms of Service.

3. IP Classification and Test IPs

A Dual-ISP Home Broadband IP must show Residential under IP Property, ISP beside ASN Name, and ISP beside Operating Company in IPLense Quick Mode at first delivery. The operating company must also provide household broadband service in the relevant market. Professional Mode displays the separate results of several mainstream databases.

We do not guarantee that the assigned IP will be in the same subnet, prefix, or /24 as the test IP. For a product with a published test IP, unless the product page expressly states otherwise, we guarantee that the IP assigned at first delivery will belong to the same ASN and be operated by the same operating organization as the test IP and will satisfy the ISP Broadband IP delivery standard.

Where these standards are satisfied, the test IP and assigned IP are treated as equivalent in product classification and resource grade. A different city-level location, risk score, Proxy, VPN, Hosting, IDC, cleanliness score, or other third-party result does not establish a material difference and is not a basis for refund, replacement, or compensation.

4. Circumstances That Do Not Qualify for Refund

Product suitability, purchase mistakes, unexpected business results, local speed or cross-border performance, peak-hour latency, routing, packet loss, third-party platform location or account results, labels or scores from another lookup website, and an IP becoming newly blocked, blacklisted, or damaged in reputation after first delivery do not qualify for refund.

A Service involved in unlawful activity, abuse, a violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, a complaint, chargeback, payment dispute, account risk, or a restriction, suspension, or termination arising from a customer-side server-security issue is also not eligible for refund.

5. Renewal and Cancellation

Recurring Services have automatic renewal enabled by default. For payment methods that do not support automatic charges, the system will generally generate a renewal invoice three days before expiration but will not collect payment automatically. For supported credit or debit cards, the system will attempt an automatic charge. To prevent renewal, select end-of-term cancellation through the Client Portal before expiration.

Renewal, upgrade, downgrade, and related billing-adjustment payments are non-refundable and do not qualify for a price-difference refund or account-credit compensation. Managed Setup, migration, installation, system configuration, and other manual-service fees become non-refundable after processing has started.

6. Governing Terms

A refund request does not become a refund commitment until reviewed and approved by NovixLink. This page is only a simplified summary. If it conflicts with the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Fair Use Policy, applicable product page, or a special written agreement, the Terms of Service and applicable special terms will control.
