4. Consent and Withdrawal
We generally collect and use personal information with your express or implied consent. You may withdraw consent for marketing or non-essential processing through the client portal or by contacting our Privacy Officer. 5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share or disclose it only when necessary:
Service Providers: minimal necessary data may be shared with payment processors, data centers/upstream networks, ticketing/email systems, analytics, and security/fraud-prevention vendors. They may use it only to provide services to us and must apply reasonable safeguards.

Your personal information may be collected, stored, and processed in those locations and may be subject to local laws, including lawful access requests. We use reasonable measures to ensure appropriate protection for cross-border processing.

7. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS/SSL encryption, access controls, least-privilege permissions, logging/audits, and risk monitoring. No system is 100% secure.
7.1 Security Incident Notice
If a security incident creates a real risk of significant harm, we will take remedial steps and notify regulators and affected users where legally required.
