Effective September 28, 2026, the number of account-credit refunds available each calendar month increases from one to two. The Terms of Service and related refund notices have been updated accordingly.
What changes
Each person and all related accounts may receive up to two account-credit refunds per calendar month calculated in Malaysia time. All related accounts are counted together.
Each account-credit refund may be used for one eligible VPS order, or for one Traffic Package order requested within 24 hours of purchase whose allowance remains completely unused. VPS and Traffic Package refunds are counted together, up to two per calendar month.
What stays the same
General refund eligibility, the one-time original-payment refund opportunity, the CAD $1 processing fee, and payment-gateway fees are unchanged. A confirmed initial delivery issue refund still does not use a refund count. Account credit still cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or returned to the original payment method.
Effective date
This change takes effect on September 28, 2026. Starting in September, each calendar month allows two account-credit refunds.
